文科高职顶岗实习的问题分析和对策研究

摘　　要：文科高职顶岗实习不同于工科高职,其特点是以提升素质为首要培养目标,内容更加综合性,方式突出社会性,评价趋于柔性指标,这与其面向服务业培养人才的特点密切联系。以某文科高职A校的调查问卷分析为基础,找出文科高职顶岗实习存在的共性问题和对策。Different from higher vocational college of engineering,the liberal arts college takes quality as its major training objective in post practice part,and contains more comprehensive content, social mode, and flexible evaluation.This condition links to the characteristics of training talents for service industry t.Furthermore,based on an analysis of college A,this paper also studies the common problems and countermeasures in post practice of liberal arts higher vocational college.
