摘　　要：卓越人才教育培养计划的实施要融合艺术人才一体化培养,在整合艺术教育资源与校企合作的基础上,构建以培养方案、培养机制、课程体系、实践教学、师资队伍、拓展教学为关键要素的艺术人才一体化培养模式,充分发挥一体化培养模式对文化发展的人力资源支撑作用,提炼出艺术人才一体化培养与艺术人才发展的关系,培养出强实践、善创新、会经营的新型卓越艺术人才,服务地方文化与经济发展。The implementation of excellent personnel training plan must fuse the integration of artistic talent training mode .On the basis of integration of educational resources and the school enterprise cooperation , the key elements of training programs , train-ing mechanism, curriculum, teaching, teachers and expanding teaching are established , to give the full play to the integration of ar-tistic talent training mode on human resources support .The relationship between the integration mode and artistic talents is refined . Developing a strong practice , good innovation and management will operate the new outstanding artistic talent , to serve the local cul-ture and economic development .
