摘　　要：分子生物学是一门在分子水平研究生命活动规律的、技术性很强的基础学科。随着计算机技术的发展,多媒体技术已经越来越多地应用于分子生物学实验教学中。多媒体教学具有形象、多样、趣味、新颖、直观、丰富等优点,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣,产生较好的教学效果,全面提高学生的综合素质。针对天津农学院分子生物学实验课程的特点,分析了多媒体教学在分子生物学实验课程中应用的必要性、优势、常见问题和改进方法。Molecular biology is a basic subject that studies the law of life activity at the molecular level. With the development of computer technology,multimedia technology has been more and more applied in the experimental teaching of molecular biology. Multimedia teaching has the advantages of image,variety,interest,novelty,intuition and rich. It is beneficial to stimulate students＇ learning interest,produce better teaching effect and improve students＇ comprehensive quality. In view of the characteristics of molecular biology experiment course,the necessity,advantages,common problems and improving methods of multimedia teaching in the course of molecular biology experiment are analyzed.
