摘　　要：独立学院经过十几年的发展已经成为我国高等教育的重要组成部分。通过对独立学院实验队伍建设现状进行分析,指出存在领导重视不足、管理不科学、制度不完善、队伍结构不合理、自身综合素质不高等不足之处,也明确了其在职称评定及用人机制上的优势。从独立学院培养应用型人才这一办学目标出发,提出建设对策,力求建设一支结构合理、技术精良、爱岗敬业的实验队伍。Independent college has developed to be an important part of higher education over the past10 years. Through analyzing the current situation of construction of experiment teaching staff of independent college,this article aims to reveal problems in college operation like insufficient attention from head of college,unwise administration,incomplete system and regulations,improper construction of teaching staff and low quality in all aspects etc. Meanwhile,the analysis confirms the advantages of independent college in assessing staff titles and personnel mechanism. It provides with constructive solutions to the problems for the purpose of cultivating application-oriented talents so that an experiment teaching staff with reasonable construction,excellent technics and dedication can be established.
