摘　　要：高校分析测试中心的构建对我国建设有特色、高水平大学具有重要意义。通过分析南京林业大学现代分析测试中心的构建与运行历程,从获得学校政策支持、科学合理购置大型仪器设备、强化管理与运行、构建人才队伍等四个方面总结了高校分析测试中心的构建与运行实践经验,并提出了新的发展目标,以期为其他院校在构建校级分析测试平台时提供经验借鉴。The analysis and testing center plays an important role in the construction of featured and high-level university. Through the analysis of the establish history of the advanced analysis and testing center,Nanjing Forestry University,we summarized how to establish and operate the school-level analysis and testing platform from the policy supporting,large-scale equipment purchasing,the platform management and operation and creating high- quality work team. Then,new development goals were putted forward. We hope this may provide reference for other colleges and universities to establish the analysis and testing platform.
