百令胶囊对高风险慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床疗效和诱导痰中IL-17表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察百令胶囊对高风险慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期患者的临床疗效,及其对诱导痰中IL-17表达的影响。方法 40例高风险COPD稳定期患者随机分成2组,每组20例。对照组患者使用信必可联合噻托溴铵吸入,治疗组患者在使用信必可和噻托溴铵吸入治疗的基础上联合百令胶囊口服。治疗24周前后检测两组患者肺功能、CAT评分、诱导痰中炎性细胞总数、中性粒细胞比例以及诱导痰中白细胞介素(IL)-17的含量变化。结果治疗后,两组患者的肺功能和CAT评分均得到改善,诱导痰中炎性细胞总数和中性粒细胞比例显著降低,IL-17降低(P<0.05);治疗组的疗效和对诱导痰中IL-17的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论百令胶囊能够抑制高风险COPD稳定期患者诱导痰中IL-17的表达,同时改善患者的生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsule on patients with stable high risk chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） and its influence on the level of IL-17 in induced sputum. Methods Forty patients with stable high risk COPD were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given symbicort turbuhaler and tiotropium bromide inhalation ;patients in treatment group were trea- ted with Bailing capsule orally addition to the treatment for control group. The pulmonary function, CAT scores, the to- tal number of inflammatory cells, the proportion of neutrophils and the levels of interleukin （IL） -17 in induced sputum of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, the pulmonary function and CAT scores were improved sig- nificantly in both groups, and the total number of inflammatory cells, the proportion of neutrophils and the levels of IL- l7 in induced sputum were also inhibited （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The curative efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group, and the IL-17 was improved more significantly than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Bailing capsule can inhibit the expression of IL-17 in induced sputum of patients with stable high risk COPD, and improve their life quality.
