新形势下提高护生社区实训基地教学质量的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨新形势下如何提高护生社区实训基地的教学质量。方法加强社区实训基地建设、创建一流学习环境、发展"双师型"教师、合理有序安排教学计划、严抓实训教学环节。结果通过社区实训基地实践,护生对社区护理认知度明显提高,其自身综合素质提升。结论新形势下提高护生社区实训基地教学质量,有利于全面提升护生综合能力,缓解实训师资缺乏与教学医院高负荷压力。Objective Discuss how to improve the teaching quality of community practical training base for practical nurses in the new circumstance. Methods Reinforce the construction of community practical training base. Establish top-grade learning circumstance. Develop double qualified teachers. Arrange teaching schedules reasonably. Be strict with teaching process. ResultsPractical nurses get better understanding on the community nursing and improve their comprehensive qualities through the community practical training base. Conclusion To improve the teaching quality of community practical training base for practical nurses in the new circumstance is propitious to boost the comprehensive abilities of practical nurses and to relieve the pressure of being short of teachers.
