骨科护士对医护合作晨间床边查房模式体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的深入分析骨科护士在医护合作晨间床边查房模式下的真实体验,为规范医护合作晨间床边查房模式提供参考依据。方法采用质性研究中的现象学方法对10名骨科护士进行半结构式、面对面的深度访谈,运用Colaizzi资料分析原则进行资料整理分析,提炼主题。结果通过分析、分类、提炼、总结出4大主题:开展医护合作晨间床边查房模式增进了医、护、患沟通,提升了患者满意度;激发了骨科护士主动工作和学习的热情,提高了专科业务水平;降低不良事件的发生率,提高了医疗护理服务质量;医护合作晨间床边查房模式的实施仍需持续质量的改进。结论医护合作晨间床边查房模式的实施,融洽了医、护、患关系,提升了患者的满意度,保证了医疗护理服务质量,提高了专科护士的业务水平。但在实施过程中,管理者应关注护士的切身感受,并提供针对性的关爱,以促进医护合作晨间床边查房模式的顺利开展,从而为患者提供更优质的护理服务。Objective To explore orthopaedic nurses＇ real experience of matutinal doctor - nurse cooperation rounding wards,and to provide some scientific reference. Methods The qualitative investigation was carried out by the phenomenon research method for 10 subjects. And the data were analyzed by the Colaizzi analysis. Results Four main themes came up through the analysis, classification and refining： matutinal doctor - nurse cooperation rounding wards could promote the communication between doctors, nurses and patients to improved their satisfac- tion, stimulate orthopedic nurses＇ enthusiasm for work and study to enhance the level of professional skills, reduce the incidence of adverse e- vents to improve the quality of nursing services, and matutinal doctor - nurse cooperation rounding wards needed to be improved continuously. Conclusions The implementation of matutinal doctor - nurse cooperation rounding wards could promotes the communication between doctors, nurses and patients, improves patients＇ satisfaction, ensures the quality of nursing services and enhances the level of nurses＇ professional skills. But in the process of the implementation, managers should pay attention to the nurse＇ s personal feelings and provide help accordingly to ensure matutinal doctor - nurse cooperation rounding wards being carried out smoothly. As a result, it could help to provide better nursing serv- ices for patients.
