摘 要:为了获取更为经济且路用性能优良的环氧沥青混合料,在国产环氧沥青(EA)中掺入不同种类和质量比例的热塑性基质沥青进行调配,对混合环氧沥青(MEA)混合料进行配合比设计和最佳油石比计算,通过马歇尔、劈裂、低温弯曲和车辙试验研究其混合料性能。研究结果表明:混合料稳定度、劈裂抗拉强度、劈裂劲度模量、弯曲破坏强度、弯曲劲度模量、低温弯曲强度及低温弯曲模量均随热塑性基质沥青掺量的增加而减小,但MEA混合料仍具有优良的抗拉强度、水稳定性及高温稳定性,并且其变形和低温抗裂性能得到加强。In order to obtain an epoxy asphalt mixture with more economic and excellent pavement performance, the domestic epoxy asphalt(EA) was mixed with different types and mass ratios of thermal-plastic base asphalt respectively, the mix proportion and the optimum asphalt-aggregateratio of the mixed epoxy asphalt (MEA)mixture was calculated. The performance of these mixtures were researched by Marshall, splitting, low temperature bending and rutting tests. The results show that the mixture stability, splitting tensile strength, split stiffness modulus, bending strength, bending stiffness modulus and bending strength at the low temperature and low temperature bending modulus decrease with the increase of the mixed volume of thermal-plastic base asphalt, but the mixture still has excellent performance in tensile strength, water stability and high temperature stability, and its deformation and the low temperature crack resistance performance are strengthened.
