护牙素药池局部应用对鼻咽癌放射性龋预防的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价短期应用100 g/L酪蛋白磷酸多肽钙磷复合体(Tooth Mousse护牙素)对鼻咽癌放射性龋预防的效果。方法:选择鼻咽癌初次放疗患者230例,口腔综合防治后随机分为4个实验组和1个对照组(n=46)。对照组不用护牙素药池;实验1、2组用护牙素药池每天10 h各持续7、14 d;实验3、4组用护牙素药池每天20 h以上各持续7、14 d。统计分析各实验组与对照组放疗前后患龋率和龋失补牙面数、牙髓/根尖周炎、残根的发生率等。结果:放疗前,各组患龋率、1年后新患龋率和龋失补牙面数、牙髓/根尖周炎、残根比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),放疗后1年,各组以上指标均增加;4个实验组各项指标均低于放疗前(P<0.05),各实验组间比较则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用Tooth Mousse护牙素药池综合防治对放射性龋预防效果良好。AIM： To evaluate the effects of short- term application of 100 g/L casein calcium phosphate compound（ Tooth Mousse） in the prevention of radioactive caries in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma. METHODS： 230 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma underwent radiotherapy and were randomly divided into 5 groups（ n = 46）. The pacients in control group were not treated with the compound,those in group 1 and 2 were treated with the compound for 10 h each day for 7 and 14 d respectively,in group 3 and 4 were treated for 20 h each day for 7 and14 d respectively. Dental caries rate,decayed missing filling surface,decayed missing fillings count,periapical periodontitis and residual root occurrence rate were examined before and after radiotherapy. Statistical analysis was made with SPSS 17. 0 software. RESULTS： Before treatment all the indexes in all groups were not statistically different（ P 0. 05）. One year after radioactive therapy,all the indexes increased in all the groups（ P 0. 05）,in the experiment groups all the indexes were lower than in the control group（ P 0. 05）. All the indexes were not significantly different among the experimental groups（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSION： Local application of the tooth mousse is effective in preventing dental caries in patients receiving radioactive therapy.
