品红色柔印水墨低极性薄膜印刷适性研究

摘  要:通过研究不同的研磨树脂、颜基比、分散剂等影响因素,制备出分散性最优的柔印水性墨;研究不同成膜树脂配制的油墨的印刷性能并对附着力、色密度、光泽度、表面张力等性能进行测试和分析,获得了印刷适性较优的水性柔印油墨。结果表明:选用研磨树脂96和分散剂750,在颜基比1.25∶1时分散性最佳;根据3种成膜树脂复配实验的结果,当成膜树脂813∶S-2916=63∶37时,研制出的油墨具有分散性好、附着力好、色密度高、光泽度高等性能。Water-based flexo ink is consistent with national environmental policy. Because of its no pollution characteristics,replacing the aqueous alcohol formulations plastic flexo ink containing harmful substances by water-based flexo ink is the trend,with today’s increasing awareness of environmental protection. By studying dispersion factors such as different grinding resin,different pigment / binder ratio and different dispersants,water-based flexo ink formulation with best dispersion will be obtained. By studying and testing print properties of inks with different film-forming resins such as density,surface tension,glossiness and adhesion and analyzing results,waterbased flexo ink formulation with good quality will be obtained.Results showed that selection of grinding resin 96,dispersant750 and pigment / Binder ratio 1. 25 ∶ 1,the best dispersion of water-based flexo ink could be obtained. According to results of compound experiments with three film-forming resins,when the film-forming resin 813 ∶ S-2916 = 63 ∶ 37,water-based flexo ink with good dispersion,adhesion,high color density and high glossiness could be obtained.
