中医情志护理对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者镇痛效果和疼痛阈值的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医情志护理对老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者镇痛效果和疼痛阈值的影响。方法将90例老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为3组,即中医情志护理组、常规护理组和对照组,每组30例。中医情志护理组予中医情志护理,常规护理组予常规护理,对照组不进行临床护理。3组均治疗、护理1个月后统计临床疗效,并观察3组护理前后疼痛阈值及满意度。结果中医情志护理组总有效率73.3%,常规护理组总有效率46.7%,对照组总有效率13.3%。中医情志护理组总有效率与常规护理组、对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),中医情志护理组疗效优于常规护理组、对照组。常规护理组总有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),常规护理组疗效优于对照组。中医情志护理组护理后疼痛痛阈值均高于常规护理组、对照组(P<0.05),常规护理组护理后疼痛痛阈值高于对照组(P<0.05)。中医情志护理组满意率均高于常规护理组、对照组(P<0.05),常规护理组满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理可以有效降低老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的疼痛症状,并提高患者疼痛阈值和对治疗的满意度。Objective To observe the effects of TCM emotional nursing on analgesia and pain threshold in elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 90 elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into three groups, that TCM emotional nursing group, routine nursing group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The TCM emotional nursing group received TCM emotional nursing, the routine nursing group received routine nursing, and the control group received no clinical nursing. The curative effect was evaluated 1 month after treatment and nursing. The pain threshold and satisfaction before and after nursing were observed in three groups. Results The effective rates in TCM emotional nursing group, routine nursing group and control group were 73. 3% ,46. 7% and 13. 3% , respectively. The total effective rate in TCM emotional nursing group was superior to that in routine nursing group and control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in routine nursing group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The pain threshold after treatment in TCM emotional nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the pain threshold after treatment in routine nursing group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The satisfaction rate in TCM emotional nursing group was higher than that in routine nursing and control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the its in routine nursing group was higher than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion TCM emotional nursing can effective decrease painful symptoms in patients with postherpetic neuralgia, enhance pain threshold and the satisfaction of treatment.
