摘　　要：对市场上常见的几种扒谷机进行了分析和比较,针对这几种扒谷机普遍存在一些技术缺陷和不足,研制出了CCJY螺旋扒谷机。该扒谷机采用新型左右螺旋和强力推进相结合的结构,使扒谷量得到很大提升,扒谷量最大可达120t/h;其独特的结构解决了麻绳缠绕和地上龙与设备碰撞的问题,很大程度上提高了扒谷机的效率,延长了其使用寿命。Comparing with several grain scrapers on the market,we found that there were some defects between them,so developed CCJY grain scraper.This new kind of grain scraper adopted the combination of spiral and strong promoting structure,and the production can reach 120t/h.We solved the hemp rope winding and the collision of overground conduit and equipment on the ground,and greatly improved the efficiency and life length of grain scraper.
