摘　　要：王树楠的《学记笺证》逐字逐句对《学记》进行了解释,在众多的《学记》注本中,是一部很有特色的著作。从内容上看,《笺证》涉及了解释词义、分析句读、说明修辞、分析篇章等方面的内容。《笺证》或是正前人,或创发新说,对于今天理解《学记》原旨具有很大的帮助作用。Wang shunan＇s Xue Ji Jian Zhen which is as one of annotations on Xue Ji is a great characteristic work to annotate word for word and sentence by sentence. Its content includes defining words, analysis of punctuation, explanation of rhetoric and analysis of sections and chapters. Moreover, the author corrected predecessors＇ wrong and carried his new opinions out. Hence it will give a great help to understand original intention of the text today.
