摘  要:利用CST电磁场仿真软件研究了金属开口谐振环结构在太赫兹波段的滤波特性以及磁场分布。结果表明,开口环结构的几何参量对太赫兹滤波峰的位置及峰宽有显著影响。周期大小对共振峰频谱宽度影响较大,金属宽度变小,滤波峰会发生"红移",开口宽度变小,滤波峰也会产生"红移"。The filter properties and magnetic field distribution of gold split resonance ring (SRR) were studied using the CST software.The experimental results showed that the geometric parameters of SRR had a significant impact on the position and bandwidth of filter peak.The bandwidth of filter peak was obviously influenced by the period of the SRR.When the metal width decreased, the filter peak had a red shift;when the split width of SRR decreased,the filter peak also had a red shift.
