耳尖放血+中药口服治疗流行性出血性结膜炎疗效评估

摘　　要：目的:通过耳尖放血+中药口服治疗流行性出血性结膜炎,观察疗效。方法:将流行性出血性结膜炎病例随机分成两组,观察组31例,采用耳尖放血+口服中药+滴眼液治疗,对照组28例,仅采用滴眼液治疗。结果:治疗5d后观察两组情况,观察组治愈9例,显效19例,无效3例。对照组治愈4例,显效18例,无效6例。结论:耳尖放血+中药口服治疗流行性出血性结膜炎疗效明显优于单纯西医治疗。Purpose： To evaluate a new method for treating epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis by bloodletting at earlobe together with Chinese medicine. Methods： 59 patients with epidemic hemorrhagic conjunctivitis were randomized into two groups. 31 patients in new method group were treated with eye drops plus new method, which includes bloodletting at earlobe by acupuncture together with oral Chinese medicine; 28 patients in the other group were treated with eye drops only, as control. Both groups were treated for 5 days, then the results were evaluated and reported. Results： New method group showed 9 cases cured, effective in I9 cases, no effect in 3 cases; in comparison, control group showed 4 cases cured, effective in 18 cases, no effect in 6 cases. Conclusion ：The new method combing bloodletting and Chinese medicine shows better therapeutic effect over western medicine using eye drops only.
