摘 要:烧结烟气循环流化床半干法多污染物协同控制技术,主要采用钙基吸收剂、活性炭吸附剂,同时控制二氧化硫、氟化氢等常规污染物和二噁恶英、汞等非常规污染物,其中活性炭吸附剂主要作用吸附烟气中的二噁英。由于烧结烟气成分复杂,含有SO2、NOx等多种污染物,污染物存在会对活性炭吸附二噁英产生影响,因此,开展活性炭性质对二噁英吸附影响规律、气氛对于活性炭吸附二噁英影响研究具有重要意义。采用氯苯模拟二噁英,在上一年度活性炭性质对吸附氯苯影响及单一气氛对氯苯吸附影响的基础上,该年度开展了多组分气体存在条件下对活性炭吸附氯苯的影响、活性炭吸附不同氯代烃气体规律等研究,为筛选出适合工业应用的活性炭提供理论指导。开展循环流化床反应器数值模拟优化研究,对不同结构、不同尺寸的反应塔内气固两相流动进行数值模拟,进行反应器烟气进出口结构、进料返料位置等优化。完成徐州成日钢铁132 m2烧结机循环流化床多污染物协同控制示范工程整体系统、关键设备、控制系统等设计,已完成反应器等核心设备加工,即将完成示范工程建设。在双极静电除尘技术及氨法同步脱硫脱硝技术研究方面,对拟建示范项目烧结污染物排放特征进行了测试分析;完成了络合剂筛选与再生,获得筛选与再生工艺参数;开展了络合吸收母液物性分析,获得了络合吸收母液物理化学特性参数;对硫铵及脱硫母液中杂质成分进行了分析,研究了杂质对硫铵结晶行为及硫;正在建设氨法同步脱硫脱硝中试试验平台;完成双极电除尘器多功能试验台建设,开展双极静电除尘的电极结构优化、阴极和阳极的振打加速度测定等工作;开展了微细粉尘的双极电凝聚技术、烧结机漏风控制研究。The Cooperative Control Technology of Steel sintering flue gas circulating fluidized bed semidry multi-pollutant,mainly used calcium-based sorbent, activated carbon adsorbent,while controlling conventional pollutant and unconventional pollutants. In order to select the activated carbon of suitable for industrial applications to provide theoretical guidance. CFB reactor to carry out numerical simulation and optimization research on different structures, different sizes of reaction tower to numerical simulation of gas-solid flows for the optimization of reactor gas import structure,etc.Complete the design of Xuzhou Chengri 132 m^2 sintering machine CFB collaborative multi-pollutant control demonstration project, such as overall system. Has completed the reactor core processing equipment and the demonstration projects nearing completion.In the research of bipolar electrostatic precipitator and ammonia synchronous desulfurization and denitrification,demonstration projects on the proposed emission characteristics of sinter machine were tested; completed the screening and regeneration of complexing agent and get the process parameters; carry out physical analysis of absorption liquor and get the physical and chemical parameters; for ammonium sulfate and desulphurization mother liquor impurities were analyzed to study the crystallization behavior of impurities on ammonium sulfate; under constructio
