摘　　要：结合我国模具工业的发展现状,分析了高职模具人才的需求状况,探讨高职院校如何培养应用型、技能型模具技术人才。提出专业建设与发展要与区域经济的产业结构、就业结构相匹配,不断改革和优化专业课程体系,凝练专业特色,改革和丰富实践教学内容与形式,体现高职技能型、应用型模具人才培养的特色。高职院校还应大力开展校企合作,努力搭建学生与企业的直通桥梁,促进学生就业。Combined with the status of Chinese die ＆ mould industry, the demand condi- tions for the die ＆ mould talents of higher vocational colleges were analyzed. And the culti- vation of higher vocational application mould talents was discussed. The idea that profes- sional construction and development should match industrial and employment structure of regional economy was put forward, also need continue to reform and optimize the curricu- Rum system, condense professional characteristics, reform and enrich practice teaching con- tent and form to reflect the training characteristics of die ＆ mould talents with vocational and applied skills. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and try to build a bridge between students and enterprises to pro- mote students employment.
