摘　　要：《史记》所记载的帝王在秦东地区的会盟活动比较频繁,方式多样,时间持久,活动范围广,涉及秦东大部分地区,活动结果影响大,是秦东地方战争文化的重要内容。华山之会反映了远古时期黄帝、舜禹等帝王在华山脚下活动的丰富内容;王城之盟阐释了"秦晋之好"的深刻内涵;杜平之会和彤之会是河西征战开幕和谢幕的象征;四次临晋之盟反映了秦晋魏韩之间战争实力的此消彼长以及战国时期错综复杂的国际关系。The alliance activities of the kings and emperors in the eastern Shaanxi areas recorded in Historical Records were rel-atively frequent, in various forms, lasting a longer time and covering wide areas in eastern Shaanxi, and they were of great influ-ences. They were an important part of waning culture in the eastern Shaanxi areas. The Meeting in Huashan Mountains reflects the rich activities of emperors like Huangdi, Yu and Shun in the far ancient times; the Alliance in Wangcheng explains the deep mean-ings of the ＂alliance between the Qin and the Jin＂ ; the Meeting of Duping and the Meeting of Tong are the symbols of the beginning and ending of the wars of Hexi ; the four alliances in Linjin shows the up-growing and down-falling of the war abilities among the countries of Qin, Jin, Han and Wei as well as the complicated international relationship during the Warring States Period.
