摘　　要：近年来,大学生创新意识和创新能力的培养引发社会各界越来越多的关注。围绕机械创新实验室的建设与管理,以创新实验室为平台开展大学生创新实践活动,提高学生参与创新实践活动的积极性,加强创新意识和创新能力的培养,进而促进学生专业发展能力的提高,取得了良好的成效。In recent years, the cultivation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability of college students has caused more and more attention of the society. Based on mechanical innovation laboratory's construction and management to innovative practice for students taking innovation laboratory to improve students' enthusiasm to participate in the innovation practice activity, strengthen the cultivation of innovative consciousness and innovative ability, and promote the ability of students' professional development that achieved good results.
