摘 要:目的探索围手术期综合性肠内营养(EN)干预对直结肠癌患者预后的影响。方法采用前瞻性病例对照研究方法,将80例接受直结肠癌根治术患者,随机分为两组,各40例,研究组采用综合性EN干预,对照组采用传统EN干预。比较两组围手术期的营养状况、EN相关并发症、住院时间和住院费用。结果术后第10d,研究组体质量、转铁蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组未发生切口感染及延迟拆线,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后住院时间及住院费用少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期综合性EN干预能够改善直结肠癌患者的营养状况,促进术后康复,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative comprehensive enteral nutrition ( EN) intervention on the prognosis of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods A prospective case-control study was used, and 80 patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups, each of 40 cases. The study group was treated with comprehensive EN intervention, while the control group was treated with conventional EN intervention. The perioperative nutritional status, EN related complications, hospital stay and hospital costs were compared between the two groups. Results The weight and transferrin of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0. 05) at the first 10d after the operation. The study group showed no infection and delayed stitches, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the study group were less than that of the control group ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusion During the perioperative period, comprehensive EN intervention can improve the nutritional status of patients with colorectal cancer, promote postoperative recovery, shorten hospital stay, and reduce the cost of hospitalization.
