摘  要:目的探讨跑台运动对阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠同型半胱氨酸水平的影响。方法实验动物分4组,除正常组(C组)以外,模型组(M组)、运动1组(E1组)、运动2组(E2组)为造模组,利用D-半乳糖120 mg/(kg·d)联合亚硝酸钠100 mg/(kg·d)给小鼠腹腔皮下注射,C组给予等量生理盐水注射,连续8周,同时运动组开始运动干预,E1组每天以10 m/s跑100 m,E2组以相同的速度跑200 m。第9周采用Morris水迷宫检测小鼠的学习记忆能力后取血清测同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、叶酸(FA)、维生素B_(12)(VB_(12))、总胆固醇(T-CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)水平。结果水迷宫测试结果表明,与M组相比,E1组,E2组小鼠空间学习记忆能力均有提高(P=0.000,0.006)。8周的跑台运动有降低小鼠血清Hcy水平趋势,E1、E2组与C组差异无统计学意义(P=0.127,0.190);E1、E2组的FA、VB12、T-CHO、TG水平均有改善。结论跑台运动可能会降低D-半乳糖联合亚硝酸钠诱导的AD模型小鼠血清Hcy水平。Objective To explore the treadmill exercise on Alzheimer's disease model micehomocysteine levels. Methods Mice were divided into 4 groups : normal group(C), model group(M), exercise group 1(E1), exercise group 2(E2). The experimental mice were injected with D-gal 120 mg /(kg·d) and sodium nitrite 100 mg /(kg·d); group C was given equal normal saline for 8 weeks. Exercise group began to exercise; E1 ran every day with 10 m / s for 100 m;E2 ran 200 m at the same speed. Using Morris water maze test of learning and memory ability in mice after the 9th week, and measuring homocysteine(Hcy), folic acid(FA), vitamin B_(12)(VB_(12)), total cholesterol(T- CHO), and triglycerides(TG) levels. Results Compared with M group, spatial learning and memory ability of E1, E2 group were increased(P=0.000,0.006). 8 weeks of treadmill exercise, had a tendency to reduce serum Hcy levels in mice. E1 and E2 group had no significant difference(P=0.127, 0.190); The FA, VB_(12), T-CHO and TG levels treadmill of the exercise group E1 and E2 were improved. Conclusion Treadmill exercise may reduce serum Hcy levels in the D-galactose and sodium nitrite induced Alzheimer's disease.
