摘　　要：连锁企业文化作为企业发展过程中的无形资产,企业在推动创新信息技术并没有重视这种文化影响。连锁企业对于创新信息技术应用重点常常考虑项目资金、技术、人才等物质条件,并没有对连锁企业文化影响重视。但是,因连锁企业文化没有创新驱动力,从而导致的信息技术应用失败案例屡见不鲜。笔者希望通过分析连锁企业文化在信息技术应用投资中的负面影响,引起企业重视企业文化建设,提升人的主动效能,提高信息技术创新应用投资成功率,激发企业团队的创新动力,改善企业管理功能,促进连锁企业发展。Chain enterprise culture is an intangible asset in the process of enterprise development. Enterprises do not attach importance to this cultural impact when promoting innovative information technology. As to innovative information technology＇s applied focus, chain enterprises often consider the project funds, technology, personnel and other material conditions but exert no emphasis on chain enterprise culture. However, due to chain enterprise culture＇s lack of innovation driving force, failure case of information technology application is not uncommon. By analyzing the negative effects of chain enterprise culture in the application of information technology investment, the author hopes to remind enterprises to pay more attention to constructing enterprise culture, to promote the staffs active effectiveness, increase the successful rate of information technology＇s innovative application investment, stimulate teams of enterprises＇ innovative motivation, improve enterprises＇ management, and to promote the development of chain enterprises.
