摘　　要：本文从合作关系和职位关系出发,分析了军事代表知识共享关系的构成,提出了军事代表知识共享网络模型,利用合作关系强度和职位距离的概念计算出军事代表间的知识共享关系强度,并使用网络分析软件对知识共享网络可视化,为部队掌握军事代表知识共享情况提供了一个可行的工具。The knowledge sharing relationship of the military representative is influenced by the cooperation and position. Based on this relevance, the model of the knowledge sharing network of military representative is proposed. Using the intensity of cooperation and the position distance, the intensity of knowledge sharing is calculated. With the network analysis software, visualization of the knowledge sharing network is realized. This paper is helpful to manage the knowledge sharing of military representative.
