中小微企业融资的经验探析

摘　　要：随着我国市场经济的发展,中小微企业发展势头强劲,在国民经济中的地位和作用越来越重要,但融资难问题一直困扰着中小微企业的健康与持续发展。通过借鉴日本、美国及中国台湾支持中小微企业融资的经验,发现政府的政策支持和制度保障是解决中小微企业融资难题的关键,并提出了设立服务中小微企业的专门机构、健全担保体制、完善企业信用征信体系、拓宽企业融资渠道和建立企业融资辅导机制等政策建议。With the development of domestic market economy,micro,small and medium- sized enterprises play a more and more important role in it. However,the financing problem has become a bottleneck restricting their sustainable development. This paper lists the experiences and practices of promoting the financing of micro,small and medium- sized enterprises in Japan,the U. S. A and Taiwan. On the basis of the analysis,the paper concludes that the government＇s role should not be ignored and offers solutions to financing difficulties for micro,small and medium- sized enterprises,which includes establishing professional service agencies; improving the guarantee system;strengthening the credit system; broadening the financing channels and developing counselor system.
