摘 要:目的通过调查安徽省某高校成人教育护理学专业学生的培训现状及对远程教育的需求,为有针对性地开展网络教学及探索成人教育教学改革如何适应互联网时代的途径和方法提供借鉴。方法采用自行设计的问卷,对2 250名安徽省某高校成人教育护理学专业面授学生进行随机抽样调查。结果 90.34%的成人教育护理人员对远程教育有所了解,曾接受过远程教育的学生仅32.63%。33.25%的护理人员认为远程教育的教学效果较面授好。教学学时中远程教育所占比例为1∶1时,受到46.06%的护生欢迎,93.85%的成人教育护理人员愿意承担远程教育培训所产生的相关费用。结论成人教育护理学护生对远程教育的教育体制、教育方式以及教学观念有较强的接受力和较高的期望值,传统成人教育方式应该尽快与现代远程教育方法相结合,解决当前成人教育所面临的教学成本过高、教学质量较低,工学矛盾突出等问题,提高成人教育的教学质量。Objective To investigate the current status of distance education for adult nursing students and to provide reference for the implementation of distance education and the reform of internet-based adult nursing education. Methods A self-questionnaire was applied to investigate 2,250 nursing adult students. Results Totally 90.34% of the students knew distance education but only 32.63% of them once received it and 33.25% of them thought distance education had better effect than face-to-face education. Of the total, 46.06% of the students regarded the proportion that teaching hour between distance education and face-to-face education reached 1:1 was the best and 93.85% of them were willing to cover the expense of distance education. Conclusion Nursing adult students accept and have higher expectation about distance education. It is necessary to combine traditional education and distance education to improve the teaching quality of adult education.
