摘　　要：目的探讨二维码在临床药学信息系统中的作用和优势,提高临床药学信息管理水平。方法利用易语言编译软件,基于临床药师工作站开发QR码转换模块。结果系统实现了对药品说明书、住院处方点评信息、临床药师查房记录和用药咨询信息的二维码转换功能。结论二维码技术实现临床药学信息图像化,促进临床药学信息跨平台传播。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect and advantages of two-dimensional code in clinical pharmacy in- formation system, and to improve the level of clinical pharmacy information management. METHODS Using easy language compiler software, based on the clinical pharmacist work station to develop QR code conversion mod- ule. RESULTS The system completed the two-dimensional code conversion function on manual of medicines and chemical reagents, hospital prescription review information, record of clinical pharmacists in clinical rounds and medi- cation consultation information. CONCLUSION Two-dimensional code achieves the clinical pharmacy information electronic and image technology, and promote the spread of clinical pharmacy information cross platform.
