广西毛南族中小学生体表面积分析

摘　　要：摘要目的：研究广西毛南族中小学生体表面积的发育规律，为建立毛南族中小学生健康指标评价体系提供依据。方法：对广西7～15岁毛南族中小学生1466人（男736人，女730人）身高、体质量进行测量，用Stevenson公式计算毛南族学生的体表面积。结果：毛南族中小学生体表面积随着年龄增长而增长；男、女生体表面积发育曲线呈上升趋势并出现双交叉现象。结论：广西毛南族中小学生体表面积的发育规律与汉族学生的基本一致，但整体发育低于汉族学生，因此，应建立独立的健康指标评价体系。Objective： To study the development rule of body surface area of Maonan ethnic students in middle and primary schools in Guangxi, and to provide basis for establishing health index evaluation system. Methods： The stature and body weight of 1 466 Maonan ethnic students aged 7-15 in middle and primary schools were measured, and body surface area was calculated by Stevenson formula. Results： The body surface area of Maonan ethnic students increased with age. The growth curve of body surface area displayed double cross phenomenon between male and f, emale students. Conclusion： The growth rule of body surface area of Maonan ethnicity students is similar to that of Han students, but the growth level is lower than that of Han students. Special health evaluation system should be established for Maonan ethnic students.
