摘  要:经穗中珠三地实证调查发现:受访群体对"终身学习"了解程度"一般";学习途径选择多样化;学习成本支付能力有限是有效参与终身学习的首要困难;终身学习的参与度较高且学习类型与职业技能提升密切相关;对个体已参与学习效果、当地政府及所在企业对终身学习重视程度的评价带有"中立性"。对终身学习的需求表现为:学习意愿强烈,学习目的兼具"功利性"和"发展性";对于终身学习费用支付持有客观、理性的态度;参加学历教育和职业技能培训成为首选的学习方式,对职业技能类学习内容最为青睐。据此,政府需重视发挥市民主体性作用,联网三地终身学习公共服务平台,拓宽终身学习经费投入渠道,创新教育培训的内容和方式。The empirical survey conducted in Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Zhuhai(Suizhongzhu) shows that interviewed groups' understanding of "lifelong learning" is "normal" and they have multiple choices of learning. It is also found that limited capacity to affordability in learning has a strong impact on their effective participation while a high degree of participation and types in lifelong learning are closely related with vocational skills. There are also some impressive finding: the individual has been involved in learning, local governments and enterprises emphasis on lifelong learning evaluation with a "neutral"; demand for lifelong learning is strong, learning objectives are of "utilitarian" and "developmental"; fees paid on lifelong learning is objective and rational; academic program and vocational skills training is the preferred way and vocational skills program is the most popular. Accordingly, the authors state that public body, public service platform, investment and training content and methods are the keys to improve the quality of lifelong learning.
