摘 要:静止同步补偿器(STATCOM)因其安装地点的灵活性及良好的动态特性是抑制区间低频振荡的有效措施之一。现有的STATCOM控制器大都基于系统的线性化模型,这将影响控制器的性能。采用广义Hamilton理论设计了多机系统中STATCOM抑制系统区域间低频振荡的控制策略。构造具有系统振荡能量概念的Hamilton能量函数,将包含STATCOM的多机等值系统描述成广义Hamilton系统形式,利用Hamilton系统控制理论,从降低系统振荡能量角度设计STATCOM的控制策略。通过PSCAD/EMTDC平台搭建典型的四机两区域系统,仿真结果表明了所提模型与控制策略的正确性和有效性。Static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) is one of the effective measures to restrain inter area low frequency oscillation thanks to its flexibility of installation location and good dynamic perfor- mance. Most existing STATCOM controllers are based on the linearized model of system,which will affect performance of the controllers. The generalized Hamilton theory is adopted to design the control strategy to restrain the low frequency oscillation by way of STATCOM in the multiple systems. The Hamilton energy function with the concept of system oscillation energy is constructed, including the description of multiple equivalent power system of STATCOM into the generalized Hamilton system form. The STATCOM control strategy is designed by the use of control theory of Hamilton system and from the point of view of reducing oscillation energy of system. The typical two-area four generator system is built by way of PSCAD/EMTDC platform and the both correctness and efficiency of the proposed model and control strategy is proved by the simulation result.
