摘　　要：冷轧板表面条带状缺陷成为影响成材率的主要因素之一。经分析,条带状缺陷是由冷轧板表面夹杂物和氧化铁皮压入形成的。通过对炼钢、连铸和热轧工艺的控制和完善来降低冷轧板表面缺陷。The cold rolled steel sheel surface defects are one of the main factors for yield. After testing and analysis , strip defects of inclusion on surface of cold rolled plate and pressed in scale formation. To reduce the surface defects of cold plate through the steel, continuous casting and hot rolling process control and improvement
