摘　　要：通过对美国、日本、韩国和新加坡等国外部分高校实验室(平台)及大型仪器技术队伍情况的调研,结合我国高校实际开展分析研究,从岗位聘任、队伍培训、职称晋升、评价与激励机制等方面提出了高校实验技术队伍建设的建议与对策,可以为我国高校实验技术队伍建设提供借鉴。The Investigation and research on the technical teams for core facility and large-scale valuable instruments in some universities of the United States,Japan,Republic of Korea and Singapore are conducted.Based on the actual situation of domestic universities,this paper focuses on the analysis and proposes some suggestions and countermeasures for the development of university laboratory technical teams in the ways of post appointment,team training,title promotion,evaluation and motivation system,etc.,which can provide references for the university laboratory technical team construction.
