摘  要:研究燕子掌总酚的超声提取工艺,以总酚含量为指标,选择超声功率、料液比、提取时间、温度为考察因素,采用正交试验确定燕子掌总酚的最佳提取条件。以Folin-Ciocalteu法于760 nm处测定,结果表明在65%的乙醇中最佳提取条件为:料液比1∶40、提取温度60℃、提取时间20 min、超声功率120 W,提取液中总酚含量为13.71 mg/g。The ultrasonic extraction process of polyphenols from Crassula oblique was studied. The optimum extraction conditions of polyphenols were determined by orthogonal experiment with the content of polyphenols as index, ultrasonic power, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and temperature as the factors. It was determined at 760 nm by Folin- Ciocalteu method. Used 65% ethanol as solvent, the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of raw material to solvent was 1 : 40, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, in 25 min, ultrasonic power was 120 W, the polyphenols content in the extract reached 13.71 mg/g.
