摘　　要：在当前管办评分离的背景下,本文对我国高校治理结构的冲突与失衡及其原因进行剖析,并从管办评分离的视角,提出新的对策,重构高校治理结构。In the current background of management-education-evaluation separation, this paper analyzes the contradiction and imbalance of China＇s governance structure of colleges as well as its causes, and proposes new countermeasures to re-construct the structure from the perspective of management-education-evaluation separation.
