浅谈高校兼职班主任在大学生就业指导中的作用——以江西科技师范大学药学院为例

摘　　要：高校兼职班主任通常由专任教师兼任,对在校大学生在学习、生活、就业和人生规划等方面进行指导,发挥着不可或缺的作用。高校就业指导是学生培养过程中的一项十分重要的工作。兼职班主任利用所学专业的优势,分析专业和行业特点,对大学生择业、就业上进行正确的引导。本文阐述了兼职班主任的优势和作用,并以江西科技师范大学药学院为例介绍该校兼职班主任在学生就业指导的实施模式及成效,对其他院校有一定的借鉴和参考价值。College part-time class advisers are usually major-subject teachers. They play an important role in the learning, daily life, careers guidance and life planning processes of college students. Careers guidance is one of the most important working in the cultivation of college students. Making full use of the advantages of their own professional knowledge and analysis of the characteristics of the industry and major, college part-time class advisers correctly guide the college students in choosing a job. We illustrate the advantages and roles of college part-time class advisers in this article. Taking School of Pharmacy, Jiangxi Science Technology Normal University as an example, implementation methods and effects of part-time class advisers on careers guidance to college students are also discussed, which is a reference for other colleges.
