摘　　要：高校校园文化建设的重要目标之一是育人,即促进大学生的综合素质全面发展。但是,随着高校校园设施更新、规模扩大、人员流动加快,大学校园文化对大学生综合素质培育影响式微。网络时代,依托校园精神,构建科学化、系统化、项目化、可传承的大学生综合素质培育模式,夯实传统校园文化,促进校园文化建设与大学生综合素质的有机融合,具有现实意义。One of the important goals of college campus culture construction is educating people, which is to promote students integrated development of comprehensive quality. However, with the updating campus facilities , expanding scale of education and high mobility, the influence of university campus culture on college students＇comprehensive quality cultivation are decli- ning. During the intemet age, it is of practical significance to establish a scientific, systematic, project - based and inheritable cultivating pattern of college students＇comprehensive quality and consolidate traditional college campus culture as well as the or- ganic integration of campus culture construction Ior college students comprehensive quauty.
