摘　　要：目前就业市场上普遍反映计算机专业毕业生存在着实践操作经验不足、动手能力较差的情况,为解决这一问题,本文从师资能力建设、实践教学过程管理、制定实践教学计划和重视理论的指导作用等几方面入手,分析了问题存在的原因并提出了具体的解决措施。Currently, in the employment market, there is a general reflection on the situation of the computer major graduates who have the deficiency of practical operation experience and poor ability of practiceo In order to solve this problem, this paper starts with the construction of teachers ability, practice teaching process management, formulate practical teaching plan and the value theory instruction function in several aspects, analyzes the reasons of the existing problems and put forward specific measures to solve the problems
