摘 要:为解决大规模线形流场可视化效率较低的问题,提出一种视点相关的多分辨率流场快速可视化算法.将四叉树结构引入到种子点的选取过程,根据视点位置实时对四叉树进行调节,以实现种子点和流线的分布层次多样化;将几何着色器用于流线的生成过程,利用GPU强大的并行处理能力实时进行流线积分计算;为解决传统颜色线性映射时产生的分布不均问题,引入一种积分颜色映射方式,提高了颜色分布的均匀性,使流场强度的表现更加具有层次感.实验结果表明,基于几何着色器的多层次流场快速可视化方法能有效降低流线生成过程中的数据传输量,减少带宽占用.同时,基于四叉树的种子点分布策略能够使流线的分布密度随视点实时变化,优化了可视化效果的同时进一步提高了渲染效率.Considering the low efficiency of large scale linear flow visualization, a view-dependent visualization method for flow field with multi resolution was proposed. Introduce the quadtree structure to the seed point selection process and adjust it in real-time ac- cording to the viewpoint position to realize the diversified distribution level of seed points and streamlines. In view of the powerful GPU parallel processing capability, the geometry shader was employed to conduct the streamline integral calculation. In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of the traditional color mapping, a kind of integral color mapping method is introduced to make the color distribution more uniform, and the performance of the flow field is more hierarchical. The experimental results show that, the fast visualization method of multi-level flow field based on the geometry shader can effectively reduce the amount of data transmission in the streamline process, which reduces the bandwidth. Meanwhile, the quadtree-based seed point distribution strategy allows the distribu- tion density of streamlines changing in real time according to the viewpoint, which optimizes the visualization result and further im- proves the rendering efficiency.
