摘　　要：向应用技术大学转型是现代中国地方本科高校发展的方向,既能解决高校人才培养结构的问题又能解决劳动力就业结构性矛盾。广大地方本科高校的思想政治教育工作者要在此背景下,创制一套培养学生实践能力的实践育人新机制以适应高校转型发展的大背景,并提升思想政治教育工作的实效性。Transforming to applied and technical universities is the direction for the development of local undergraduate univer-sities in China, as it not only optimizes the structure of university talent cultivation, but also solves the structural problems of em-ployment. In this background, ideological and political education workers in local undergraduate universities should create a set of cultivation mechanism of university students＇ practice ability to adapt to the background of university transformation and devel-opment and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
