浅谈对高校团学工作的思考——以江西科技师范大学为例

摘　　要：在高校学生数量扩张学生素质下降的背景下,团学工作要注意在新形势下的团学组织建设和创新,围绕教学中心工作、培养和锻炼团学干部,既要充分相信团学干部的工作能力,又要从日常管理和思想对团学干部加强引导,从而形式多样地推动团学人才培养目标的实现。In the context of the expansion of the number of stu-dents in colleges and universities, the quality of students has de-clined. Under this background, we should pay attention to the construction and innovation of college Communist Youth League around the center of teaching, training and exercising League cadres. We should not only fully believe the cadres＇ work ability, but also strengthen the guidance of the cadres from daily man-agement and thoughts, so as to achieve the goal of promoting the cultivation of League talents.
