摘　　要：为了更好地促进校园体育文化的发展,文章采用文献资料法对校园体育文化的评估体系建设展开研究。研究认为:在校园体育文化发展的举国体制下,运用政府、教育主管部门的行政力量以及社会体育发展的公益力量,把行政力量的强制力转化为学校自觉发展体育文化的导引力,能有效推动校园体育文化全面、快速、健康的发展。In order to better promote the development of campus sports culture, this paper adopts literature data method of campus sports culture, the construction of the evaluation system is studied. The result shows： in the campus sports cultural development under the national system, using the administrative strength of government and department of education, and the public power of the development of social sports, and try to change compeUing force of administrative strength into guiding strength of conscious development of school sports culture. This can effectively promote the comprehensive, rapid and healthy development of campus sports culture.
