摘　　要：总结了国内远程健康管理中使用的干预策略,如健康信息追踪、医疗团队的参与、充分利用社会影响力、增加健康信息的可及性和利用娱乐元素等方面,并提出了针对性的建议。This paper summarized strategies used remote health management intervention in China,including health information tracking,participation of medical team,making full use of social influence,increasing the ac-cessibility of health information and the entertainment elements.It put forward some recommendations on each of the strategies.
