摘　　要：国防关键技术选择是在一定范围内对国防科技发展现状和趋势进行评价与预测的行为,其目的是着眼世情、国情、军情确定未来国防科技发展重点,进而科学有效地进行资源规划和调控。过去单纯依靠专家咨询的方法已经不能满足国防关键技术选择和评价的需求,迫切需要深入研究国防关键技术选择和评价的理论和方法,优化国防关键技术选择的运行流程和操作规范,为开展国防关键技术选择实践活动提供理论支撑。The selection of critical defense technology is a behavior of assessment and prediction on the status quo and trend of defense technology development,which aims to determine the keys for the defense technology development in the view of global,national and military situations and then conducts resource planning and regulation effectively.The paper suggests that the method depending on the expert consultation in the past can no more satisfy the selection and assessment on the critical defense technology.Thus,it is urgent that we need to conduct the in-depth study on the theories and methods of selection and assessment of critical defense technology,to optimize the operation flow and operation standard of selection of critical defense technology so as to provide the theoretical support.
