摘  要:针对重型矿用自卸车驾驶室空调匹配和流场分析问题,结合矿用自卸车的参数和驾驶室内外的环境参数,计算了驾驶室传热系数和综合温度。根据驾驶室空调热负荷的组成和具体计算方法,对空调功率进行计算程序编写和计算。通过对空调系统选型匹配和驾驶室的空气流速和温度分布情况进行分析,表明矿用自卸车的空调制冷量的设计和选型能够满足驾驶室舒适性要求。In view of the matching and flow field analysis on cab air-conditioner of the heavy-duty mining dump trucks, theheat transfer coefficient and overall temperature of cab are calculated based on the parameters of the mining dump truck andthe environmental parameters of the dump truck cab. According to the heat load composition and specific calculation methodsof cab air-conditioner, the programming and calculation on the air-conditioner power are conducted. By selecting and matc-hing the air conditioning system and analyzing the air velocity and temperature distribution of the cab, it is showed that the de-sign and selection of the truck air-conditioning cooling capacity and the cab comfort requirements could be meet.
