摘  要:珩磨头的刚度和强度对整个珩磨的性能及加工精度有决定影响,珩磨头的结构设计至关重要。首先考虑润滑和排屑方式,珩磨头外观造型设计为圆形整体式结构;其次根据液性塑料的不可压缩性,压力均匀的特点设计出一种内置液性塑料式珩磨头;然后设计出一种单球头浮动连接机构,万向节一端与浮动球头绑定,一端通过卡箍与十字销连接,有效保证了圆度控制;最后设计出一种12 mm×12 mm×100 mm大尺寸油石,经过有限元分析,油石工作时变形很小,使用寿命较长。内置液性塑料式珩磨头的结构设计为珩磨技术的改进提供了重要参考。The rigidity and strength of honing head have decisive influences on the whole honing performance and machiningprecision. Thus, the design of honing head is crucial. Firstly, considering the way of lubricating and chip removal, the ap-pearance molding of honing head is cyclo-monolithic construction. Secondly, honing head with internal liquid plastic is de-signed based on the incompressibility and pressure uniformity of liquid plastic. Then, single ball head floating connectionmechanism is designed; one end of cardan joint is connected with the floating ball head while the other end is connected withthe cross pin by clamps, so as to realize power transmission. Lastly, a kind of large dimensional (12mm×12mm×100mm) oil-stone is designed. After the finite element analysis, the oilstone deformation becomes smaller during operation and its workinglife becomes longer. The structural design of honing heads with internal liquid plastic offers a significant reference for the im-provement techniques of honing head.
