摘  要:具有织构的多晶体材料在宏观性能上表现为各向异性。利用X射线能够穿透金属薄板的性质,提出了一种利用X射线透射衍射法测量金属薄板材残余应力各向异性的实验方法。与常规的X射线反射衍射法相比,这种方法测量过程直观快捷、数据结果准确度高,克服了常规测量方法的一些不足,是常规X射线应力测量方法的一种有效补充。更适合学生教学实验,使学生能够深入理解织构造成材料的各向异性,掌握测量各向异性的基本表征手段。实验结果表明测量的变形纯铜板残余应力呈现各向异性分布。The macro-properties of polycrystalline materials with texture are anisotropic, an experi-mental method for measuring the residual stress anisotropy of thin metal sheet by X-ray transmission diffraction was proposed as X-ray can penetrate the metal sheet. Compared with conventional X-ray diffraction reflection method,this X-ray transmission diffraction method was intuitive, fast,accurate and overcame some shortcomings of the conventional method,which was a supplement to conventional X-ray methods and enabled students to deeply understand the anisotropy of material because of the tex-ture and grasp the basic characterization methods of measuring anisotropy, so this method was more suitable to be a teaching experiment for students. The experimental results showed that the residual stress distribution of deform pure copper sheet was anisotropic.
