摘 要:"高频电路实验"是电子信息专业的专业设计实验,将Multisim软件引入高频电路实验教学中,构建"先仿真后实物"的实验教学模式。利用Multisim软件对高频调幅电路和二极管峰值包络检波电路进行了仿真分析,观察MC1496集成调幅电路产生的普通调幅波和双边带调幅波变化规律,二极管包络检波电路正常检波、惰性失真和负峰切割失真现象。虚拟仿真实例验证了理论分析与计算的结果,仿真结果与实物电路测试结果一致,将抽象的理论教学变得形象和生动,有助于培养学生的综合实践能力和创新精神。High frequency circuit experiment is the professional in the major of electronic information. Multisim software is introduced into the high frequency circuit experimental teaching,by building “ first simulation,after physical” experiment teaching mode. The high frequency amplitude modulation circuit and the diode peak value envelope detection circuit are analyzed and simulated by Multisim software. The law of ordinary amplitude modulation waveform and double sideband amplitude modulation wave-form of MC1496 integrated circuit are observed. The diode envelope detection circuit,s normal detec-tion, inert distortion and cutting negative peak distortion phenomenon are also observed. By virtual ex-periments to verify the results of theoretical analysis and calculations,the simulation results are consist-ent with the physical test. 1 t could make some abstract theoretical teaching become image and lively. 1 t is easy to cultivate the comprehensive practical ability and innovative spirit of students.
