摘　　要：经管类实验教学得到了极大的重视,各个层次的学校都在不同程度地开展实验实践教学。经管实验课要取得好的教学效果,要在教学设计的过程中充分考虑实验课特点、学生特点和教师特点,并以"学生为中心",将三者需求结合起来,紧盯教学目标,利用系统化的教学设计方法,多种弹性组合,筹划课程组织策略,实施教学,并在课后取得学生反馈,教师通过不断反思修正,螺旋式提升实践教学水平。Economics and management experimental teaching has been caught a lot attention and all levels of schools are involved in experimental and practical teaching to different degree. To carry out experimental and practical teaching effectively,the instructional design process should consider more factors,which includes the characteristics of the experimental course, students’ characteristics, and the teachers’ characteristics,and combine three demands together based on“ student-centered” view by using objectives management,systematic design methods,a variety of elastomeric composition, cur-riculum organization strategy,implementation of teaching and obtaining feedback from students. 1 n ad-dition, teachers could enhance their level of practice teaching spirally through continuous reflection.
