摘　　要：以质量管理思想方法为理论依据,依托"以学生为本,自主、创新、发展"为实验教学理念,构建了科学的、符合农业电气化与自动化实验教学示范中心人才培养目标的实验教学体系、实验教学标准化管理体系和人员管理保障体系。为了保证教学质量的可实施性和可持续性,建立了教学质量的制度保障体系和教学监督、评价体系并赋予实践。Based on the theory of quality management and the experimental teaching idea of “ students -oriented, independence, innovation and development” , three scientific systems that in accordance with the training target of electrification and automation experiment center were constructed ： the experi-mental teaching system, the standard experiment management system and the personnel management system. 1 n order to ensure the teaching quality enforceable and sustainable future, the teaching quality assurance system and teaching supervision and evaluation system were established. Finally, it,s feasi-bility has been proved.
