摘　　要：李克强总理在今年两会的政府工作报告中首次提出"大众创业、万众创新"的号召,而高等学校的学生在万众创新中应首当其冲。当前在高校能够给大学生搭建的创新平台就是创新竞赛,通过竞赛给学生展示才华的机会,而创新竞赛也是检测创新教育效果的新平台,在这个平台上不同年级的学生在同一起跑线上发挥各自创造力。实践证明,科技创新竞赛能够充分发挥每名学生的创造性,效果十分显著,应大力推广。For the first time,the premier Li keqiang put forward the call of “public entrepreneurship, people’s innovation’ on the two sessions in this year’s government work report,and students of institu-tions of higher learning should bear the brunt in the people,s innovation. Currently in colleges and uni-versities ,to build the innovation platform for college students is innovation contest. 1 t’s a chance to show students’ skills through the competition. And the innovation competition is also the new platform for the detection of the effects of innovation education. On this platform, students of different grades play to their creative force in the same starting line. Practice has proved that science and technology in-novation contest can give full play to each student’s creativity,which should be vigorously promoted due to its significant effect.
